It’s pronounced
Presh-ent./ˈpreʃ.ənt/
Not Press-ee-ent.
Not Pre-scient.
Presh-ent.
Third time lucky (it took us a while too).
What’s with the name?
Prescient, from the Latin praesciens: knowing beforehand. It is what a growth partner is supposed to be, and what most brands only get from theirs in the invoice.
Here is the problem the name points at. Growth gets decided on numbers that arrive late, from dashboards that grade their own work, by partners who earn a cut of every euro spent. By the time the margin shows the damage, the quarter is gone. Hindsight is cheap. Everyone has plenty.
Prescient exists to see it coming, and to prove it. Data we collect ourselves and read every morning. A method rebuilt every time the platforms move, which is often. Senior operators who read your payback before your click-through rate. Foresight, with receipts.
Also, a name people have to think about is a name they remember. That part was not planned. We say it was.
What sets Prescient apart, by design rather than by slogan.
Paid on outcomes, not on spend
An agency paid a percentage of the ad budget earns more when you spend more, whether or not it works. Prescient is paid on results it can be judged on, so the incentive in the room is the same as yours: growth, at a cost the margin can carry.
One number, and it is the bank’s
Platform dashboards grade their own work. Every account here runs on data Prescient collects itself: server-side tracking, consent done properly, one warehouse per client. Ask what last month returned and there is one answer, and it reconciles with finance.
The economics sit in the room
Cost per acquisition is a media metric. Payback, margin and repeat rate are a business. The person making the media decisions on your account reads both, and the plan is built on the second set.
The whole funnel, one team
Search, social, creative, conversion, data, retention: one team, one set of numbers, one owner of the outcome. The gaps between agencies are where growth leaks. Prescient removes the gaps.
The platforms have automated the rest: bidding, targeting, creative. Everyone has the same tools now. What is scarce is judgment, method and data you can trust. That is what Prescient is built to supply.
How the company got here, one shift at a time.

- 2023
It all started with two ex-Googlers
Tom and Pierrick spend six years each inside Google, with the best seat in the house to watch how brands are served. Agencies earning a cut of the ad budget, so the more a brand spends, the more they make, whatever it returns. Few who can read a client’s economics. None with anything of their own at stake. So they leave, and start building the agency they would have wanted to hire: paid search, SEO and GEO, with clients in Spain, the Netherlands, the UAE and the United States from the first month. International was never a phase two; it was the brief.
- Feb 2024
Tracking & Data becomes a practice
Consent rules tighten, browsers strip signal, and the numbers agencies report drift further from the numbers finance sees. Prescient decides it will not steer on data it did not collect itself. Server-side tracking, consent done properly and one warehouse per client become the foundation of every account.
- 2024
Search starts answering
AI Overviews arrive and a growing share of queries never produces a click. GEO had been in the offer from day one; now it stops being a bet and becomes the job. Being the source the answer is built from replaces ranking as the goal.
- Sept 2024
The whole funnel, under one roof
Meta rebuilds ad delivery around the creative itself, and conversion rate becomes the cheapest lever in the account. Social Ads, Creatives and CRO join, so the chain from the first impression to the checkout is engineered by one team, on one set of numbers.
- 2025
Retention joins acquisition
The brands growing fastest were the ones whose customers came back. CRM & Email joins, and acquisition starts being measured the way a finance team measures it: on what the customer is worth after the second order, not the first click.
- 2025
The Prescient App
Everything learned across 70+ advertisers, turned into a console that reads every account every day, prices what is wrong in euros and turns it into an action with an owner. The team runs it. Clients’ growth runs on it.

The leadership team grows
Alban Maurel joins as Chief Business Officer after six years at Google on partnerships and operations across Ads, Maps and Waze. Same standard, one more pair of senior hands on the accounts.
The leadership team. Senior hands, close to the accounts.

Co-founder, CEO
Six years at Google, including The Inc, its growth incubator in the United States, then enterprise sales leadership at Atlassian across four countries. Growth strategy and the economics behind it.

Co-founder, COO
Six years at Google in lead generation and affiliation, running cross-functional growth initiatives. Co-founded and scaled an e-commerce brand before that. The method, the data, the machine that holds at scale.
And around them, the team.
A specialist for every discipline, one senior operator each: paid search, social ads, SEO and GEO, tracking and data, creatives, email and CRM. No juniors learning on your budget, no account managers between you and the person doing the work. The people you meet on the first call are the people reading your numbers on the hundredth.
What we stand for, in four promises.
Sharp & Sweet
The rigour of a professional who reads your data before speaking, and the manner of an advisor you can call on a bad day. Both, always. One without the other is either a consultant or a friend, and you need neither.
Open books, no bullshit
You see what we see: the spend, the returns, the doubts. If a channel is not working, you hear it from us first. If we do not know, we say so and go and find out.
Skin in the game
We are paid on outcomes we can be judged on, we tell you plainly when we are not the right partner, and we treat your budget as if it were ours, because our name is on it.
We win with you
Your team is our team for the length of the engagement. We explain, we teach, we leave you stronger than we found you. Growth that only lives in an agency’s deck is not growth.
Meet the people behind the numbers.
Thirty minutes, one-to-one with a founder, on us. Bring your numbers, we will bring an honest read.
