Co-founder, CEO, Prescient
Growth strategy, and the economics that decide whether it was worth it.
Tom Guerreau on LinkedInTom spent six years at Google, including a spell at The Inc, its growth incubator in the United States, watching from the inside how brands are served by the people they pay to grow them. He then led enterprise sales teams at Atlassian across four countries, which is where reading a customer’s economics stopped being a skill and became a habit.
He co-founded Prescient in 2023 with Pierrick Nonnis, on a narrow idea: an agency paid on outcomes rather than on a cut of the media budget, with senior operators on every account and one set of numbers that reconciles with finance. The first clients were in Spain, the Netherlands, the UAE and the United States, in the first month.
Today he runs the first conversation with most brands that approach Prescient, and the PX17 teardowns that follow. If you are told on that call that you are not ready for an agency yet, it will be him telling you.
