With a background as a leader at Atlassian and 6 years spent at Google, Tom is an expert in large-scale growth. He notably orchestrated "The Inc", Google’s growth incubator in the US, where he partnered with strategic customers investing millions of dollars annually to accelerate their market trajectory. Having managed incremental revenue motions of over $50 million across Europe, Tom combines a mastery of complex SaaS environments with a pragmatic execution capacity. At Prescient, he leads strategy, client architecture, and how we structure long-term partnerships.

Pierrick brings to Prescient a seasoned expertise of 6 years at Google , where he steered complex acquisition strategies for portfolios totaling several tens of millions of dollars. A specialist in Leadgen and Affiliation , he has led major cross-functional initiatives, including international growth task forces and strategic CRM migration projects. Before Google, he co-founded an e-commerce company that scaled from 6 to 120+ SKUs. At Prescient, he leads paid acquisition, leadgen architecture, and creative strategy.
